With more than 30 years of experience, Tian Li specializes in processing waste PET beverage bottles and packaging bottles. After modern processing, from waste bottles into production processing to the PET bottle flakes that meet the requirement of PET fiber production specification, a total of more than 40 advanced Equipment, Tian Li has been improving the quality through continuous research and innovation and rated as a leader in the environmental protection industry.
The company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons PET waste plastic bottles, and plans to set a grand development direction towards a greater vision. In order to better improve the product range, we have also put into production line of PET plastic-steel strapping belt, forming a high-end strapping production capacity with an annual output of 3,000 tons.
We can produce HDPE recycled pellets from the bottle cap and ring of waste plastic bottles and reuse them. The annual output is 3,500-4,000 tons. The PET bottle flakes and pellets we produce are based on our many years of technology and innovation experience. These recycled bottle flakes and pellets are used in PET fiber,PET strapping belt and PET sheet production plants due to their excellent quality. . Because the chemical properties of our recycled raw materials are quite similar to the virgin plastics and are cheaper than the virgin plastics, this unique advantage has a strong competitiveness leading to huge market demand.
